Who Performs Miracles?

WHO PERFORMS MIRACLES?

“Your ways, O God, are holy. What god is so great as our God? You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.” Psalm 77:14-14

God, our Father, please display your power among me. Perform a miracle in me, through me and with me.

May my life demonstrate a ray of hope in you, where others see you and your light through me as I wait for your miracles.

I ask in my loving Savior’s name, the name above all name here on earth, your Son, Jesus. Amen.

With the sun behind me and covered by snowing clouds, this photo caused me to ponder. where did this light come from? It reassured me of my belief of, I’m never alone.

And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the Lord Jesus appears from Heaven. 2 Thessalonians 1:7 NLT

Do you believe in what can’t be seen or explain? Are you expecting miracles today or in 2019? Will your heart belief when Jesus appears from Heaven to bless you with his Light and gift you with a miracle?

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?

Low to the earth
and behind me
the unseen sun
traveled its course

Heavy snow clouds
released snowflakes
coating everything
in me with glee

Something pulled my soul
to the trees before me
Peace, joy swirled with my glee
setting me totally free.

At home, happy as I could be
I looked over my photos
In unbelief, I stared at
the illuminated sky.

A light had shined
before my very own eyes
which I had no clue
it had even existed

Woke-Up With A Song

“God is my strength, God is my song, and, yes! God is my salvation.”

Exodus 15: 1-8

“Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to God, giving voice together,

I’m singing my heart out to God—what a victory!
He pitched horse and rider into the sea.
God is my strength, God is my song,
and, yes! God is my salvation.
This is the kind of God I have
    and I’m telling the world!
This is the God of my father—
I’m spreading the news far and wide!
God is a fighter,
    pure God, through and through.
Pharaoh’s chariots and army
    he dumped in the sea,
The elite of his officers
he drowned in the Red Sea.
Wild ocean waters poured over them;
they sank like a rock in the deep blue sea.
Your strong right hand, God, shimmers with power;
your strong right hand shatters the enemy.
In your mighty majesty
    you smash your upstart enemies,
You let loose your hot anger
and burn them to a crisp.
At a blast from your nostrils
    the waters piled up;
Tumbling streams dammed up,
wild oceans curdled into a swamp.” msg

Often when I wake, I wake with a song.

I rise and sing to my God who gives me strength.

He is my song in spite how my days may start.

Depleted? Persist!

Meanwhile, live in such a way that you are a credit to the Message of Christ. Let nothing in your conduct hang on whether I come or not. Your conduct must be the same whether I show up to see things for myself or hear of it from a distance. Stand united, singular in vision, contending for people’s trust in the Message, the good news, not flinching or dodging in the slightest before the opposition.

Your courage and unity will show them what they’re up against: defeat for them, victory for you—and both because of God. There’s far more to this life than trusting in Christ. There’s also suffering for him. And the suffering is as much a gift as the trusting.” Philippians 1:27-29 MSG

The way is not easy, but it is possible, even when  it’s lonesome.

What way are you seeking?

Which way are you headed?

Where are you leading others?

Keep in mind the road you are on, someone else has gone before you, otherwise how else was the path created. Find how they survived and arrived to their destination.

Be aware, if no one is beside you, it doesn’t mean no one is following.

Know, someone is watching and observing you.

Therefor, walk in a way that you give Christ the glory and praise in spite of the present troubles and uncertain future.

Do not allow the troubles of this world to deplete your belief in the One, who carried your many crosses, all in one. For He has made a way for you and for me. I know, I’ve been on this path and it’s lonesome cold. But, without the many prayers of those who know my woes, my spirit wouldn’t have survived the freezing nights of my soul.

Confide in those who believe in God, His Son, the Holy Spirit and in you.

May you reach out to the Lord Jesus Christ and take his hand through those He sends your way. He eagerly waits to give what he has for you, and assist you to arrive at your next destination.

Keep persistent in faith. When you faith dwindles, and it may, call on those whose faith is burning bright. When no one is available, don’t forget, Jesus, himself, prays for us.

Blessings.

Where Do You Fall When all Fails?

WHEN ALL FAILS, I FAINT INTO HIS LOVING ARMS

When my head and heart are between blinding clouds; and my present day and future are beyond my understanding, I faint in the arms of the one who sustain me, my Lord Jesus Christ.

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Ps. 62:7

His promises fruition in my heart and are sent to my mind and joy does greet me in the morning.
Mornings aren’t always when the sun rises. They are the times when I totally relax in my Lord’s arms, trusting Him with all my needs, as I believe in God, who guards my soul, my spirit and my heart.

A Spiritual Lesson To Survive Life’s Storms

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of sympathy (pity and mercy) and the God [Who is the Source] of every comfort (consolation and encouragement), Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.

We are children of a King, expect great things. I’m not talking about tangible items, like money, houses or cars, which God can provide. But the one’s to focus on are hope, faith, belief and strength which come from our Abba Father. These are the ones that will keep our emotions, our thoughts and our words away from giving room to scenarios which may never happen. These ‘what ifs’ will drown us in our sorrows and true disappointments.
 ~
Our Lord does gives us his strength to endure the discomforts we must face to survive the harshness of the tempest. It’s the spiritual blessings, gifts and supplies that come from him which we should take hold of when the dark days of depression, anxiety or hopelessness consume our lives.
 ~
We can and will survive. We may be bruised, wounded and broken, but oh the stories we will have of how we saw His mighty hand over, under and at times surrounding us as we face and felt each blow.
 ~
Stay faithful my fiends. Surround yourself with believers. Don’t let go of God’s promises. We will prevail, not by our strength, but the unity of God’s kingdom and the mighty hand of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Nature Is Conversant

🍂WOES FROST MY SPIRIT🍂
°
Unseen ground roots bind my soul long enough to hear the earth below my feet whisper valuable advice. “Don’t allow the obvious to mislead your heart and react from the immediate emotion.

Take a breather, hush your thoughts and pay attention to what is not easily seen.

There is much to learn about what lies under what first is presented before you.

Don’t allow difficulties or hardships to take your focus from the earth.

For God created you from the same dirt which brings spring back with its beautiful colors to paint the world.

You are to bring color into other souls. You are free to be what you were created to do.

Believe and you will brighten souls with what you know to be true.”

Nature is conversant, are you listening.

Woes may frost my spirit, but truth melts the frost.

Holding On While Trying to Let Go

20180208_073659.jpg

🌬ICE COLD STORMS 🌬
°
When life sends harsh cold traumas, one becomes frozen from shock, unable to respond or react. Then, the ocean of emotions comes in waves, washing out certainty.

The chill waves of the situation causes the heart to shattered and the mind to freeze.

Prayer and the loving warmth of others helps the emotional traumatized soul to slowly live on.

Yet, mourning, for a family member who committed suicide is a life long process that returns like floating icebergs chilling the soul with a false sense of hopelessness.

Please, if you suffer from suicidal thoughts call for help. Know you do matter to many and you will be greatly missed.

If you complete the action, the void you leave behind will be greater than the void you feel. For the loss, of a love one, reaches many souls leaving them with an uncertainty that may never be resolved.

A reminder, sympathize with those souls who can’t seem to leave the darkness of depression and suicidal thoughts.

Reach out, help out, bring the light of hope to them. Speak positive possibilities of a better tomorrow. Let them know, while they can’t seem to hold on to hope or belief, you will, until they can claim them for themselves.

Nothing stays frozen forever, not even dark days or sleepless nights.20180125_091839.jpg

My Lord Kept Me Safe and Alive

20180106_003822.jpg

“For you, O Lord, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before the Lord in the land of the living.” Psalm 116: 8-9

Today was a rainy day in Seattle, Washington.

As I drove south in heavy, slow-moving traffic, a Jeep slid perpendicular on the commuter lane at the same speed as my car.

It felt like slow motion. I looked towards my left. The driver’s frantic look revealed his fear as the front end of his car headed straight towards my car.

With a semi-truck to my right and ahead of me, there was no room for an escape. My thought was, oh Lord.

Minutes earlier I had prayed, Lord keep me and my fellow drivers safe.

Within inches the vehicle came to a halt.Traffic sped up. I drove on leaving the chaos behind without a scratch on my car.

Hope was an unseen safety circumference about me.

Later, on my drive home, the clouds parted and the sun came through. At that point, I thank God for allowing me to live and for keeping everyone around me safe.

I’m fortunate to continue to walk with my Lord in the land of the living and I can witness the great beauty of Alaska once again.
