Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked.

Insight
How can you hold on to a good conscience? Treasure your faith in Christ more than anything else and do what you know is right. Each time you deliberately ignore your conscience, you are hardening your heart. Over a period of time your capacity to tell right from wrong will diminish.
Challenge

As you walk with God, he will speak to you through your conscience, letting you know the difference between right and wrong. Be sure to act on those inner tugs so that you do what is right—then your conscience will remain clear.

Lord, when hard news come our way, it rocks our clinging faith in you. Humanely we began with the question which begin with the word why. Then we become angry, upset or disappointed and we react from those emotions.

Helps us Lord, to give ourself time for you to come and tend to our state of confusion and hurt. We may be in need of a spiritual time out, then we will not react from our fear or anger and violate our consciousness and sin.

Lord help us to keep a clean conscience during this time of the year when family draws near with one another. May we not shipwreck our faith.

Help us yo start our day with you and remain with you. Then any shaking which may come will not remove or shipwreck our clinging faith in you. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Thank you lord for gifting me with photography and writing. May they bring you glory and praise all the days of my life.

Be A Winter Flowing River

🔹️BE LIKE A WINTER FLOWING RIVER🔹️

As long as water is able to move or come from a hot spring in harsh winter, it will not freeze solid and will serve its purpose for the elements and the wild life.

When I’m set with only my options and there’s no carrying warmth in my heart for change, my thinking becomes frozen.

I will then be a person, who no one will want to come and spend time with me.

As long as I keep my thoughts like a river, trickling during harsh, cold relationships, I’m more incline to be patient, kind and compassionate even when I don’t see eye to eye on the subject.

Respecting the differences of others helps me move on with peace

Is it easy? No, not really. But I care and love the individual too much to freeze over and keep them out of my life and heart.

Love leaves a part in my heart open for heavenly reflection on how to treat others.

For, I too want to be treated respectfully when others don’t see or agree with my thoughts or ways.

Life is harsh, but I don’t have to allow living this life to make me harsh. I do have a choice. With God’s grace and mercy my river of love keeps flowing.

Be Present In Other’s Life And Help

 

“Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.” John 24:16

Sometime I feel that, “In, Jesus name I pray,” used in prayer is said as if expecting something magical to happen, instead of waiting for a miracle.

One, must understand when we ask in Jesus name, Jesus is not a magical word, instead it is a powerful word. Then, we must prepare our hearts, for the answer may come far from how it is expected. However or whatever form the answer is sent, joy does come along with peace.

I love the explanation from “My Utmost for His Highest”

“Our Lord does not mean that life will be free from external perplexities, but that just as He knew the Father’s heart and mind, so by the baptism of the Holy Ghost He can lift us into the heavenly places where He can reveal the counsels of God to us.”

We need to be so intimate with our Lord, as to be one with him, then we will not only know the counsel of God but our God’s joy will be made full in us.

This joy doesn’t come externally like our woes, troubles and tribulations. This joy comes from the peace that passes earthly understanding, knowing our Lord will help us pass through our present circumstances.

He does and he will be with us and help us.

Remember in prayer, Jesus name is powerful, but it is not a magic word.

Also keep in mind, that God answers us is many ways today. The most realistic method is through people. The relief may come through a person whom you’ve never met. These folks are today’s Good Samaritan whom are moved by the Holy Spirit to help not only by what they hear and see, but by what moves them to compassion. Luke 10:25-37

Be present in someone’s life and be a good Samaritan.
